Adding a new Gen-AI experience to the SPEECHIFY mobile app

My design thinking
In this presentation, Nick outlines a successful UX redesign of the TELUS Mobility device catalogue, aimed at reducing user friction and improving the “buy-funnel" experience. The project resulted in a statistically significant performance boost, including a +5.76% increase in product page clicks and an overall conversion rate rise of +2.75%.

In this presentation, Nick details the redesign of the TELUS Mobility explore page, focusing on establishing a clear content hierarchy and improving the user journey through the “Mobility commerce funnel". Following these updates, the page saw significant performance improvements, including an 11.3% increase in conversion rate and a drop in exit rate from 52% to 40%.
